Architectural Services

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee is requesting qualifications from architectural firms for the redevelopment of the Cherokee Hotel, located at 44 Inman Street, into the City Municipal Building. The neighboring building, formerly known as Roy’s Alternator, is to be converted into the City Council meeting room, flex space, and upstairs meeting and office space for elected officials.

Qualifications are to be submitted electronically by email to the City of Cleveland by 4:00 p.m., local time, February 28, 2023, to the attention of Kristi Powers, cityhall@clevelandtn.gov . An optional onsite tour of the building and Q/A session will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at 44 Inman Street, Cleveland, TN 37311.
