Due to Prospect Elementary School, traffic is chaotic in the mornings and afternoons during school pick up and drop off. Traffic gets backed up and there have been accidents due to difficulty getting across Harrison Pike. There is a school zone speed limit in effect for that area but I think a 4 way stop or traffic light would help improve traffic situation during these busy morning and afternoon commutes.

As a Bradley County taxpayer now for over 6 years, and one NOT living in a remote location, I find it bizarre that no inexpensive (under $100 per month or so) wired broadband internet service is available in many Bradley County areas. With neighboring Hamilton County having EBPFI available for its residents, it would be great to see Bradley County adopting a similar initiative. Restrictive state laws are the problem, but a local citizen's group is trying to remedy that. Visit the Internet Seekers of Bradley County TN Facebook page. We are over 150 people strong and growing! Due to overwhelming safety issues at 25th Street and the Retreat at Spring Creek I would like to recommend removing a left hand turn at their primary entrance. I have seen multiple wrecks and several close calls due to drivers turning left from this location. They have a red light they can access to turn left so really turning left without a red light is not needed. If this cannot be done a heavier police presence is needed.

This intersection seems to have a traffic flow issue around 5pm everyday. The way the intersection is laid out and the short distance between APD 40 and the first red light on McGrady drive cars are unable to complete the left turn from APD 40 it would seem a simple solution of making the light green at bi-lo and McGrady drive for traffic coming from the left hand turn lanes on APD 40 would resolve this issue. It is virtually impossible to see if this light is red when entering this intersection so you end up stuck in the middle of APD 40 with no where to go. Another issue that is city caused by not on city property is the amount of walking traffic on Buchannan road is very heavy but there isn't a sidewalk for folks to walk on.

Keith Street is getting ridiculous can we get lines drawn in front of the fire station to assist drivers in knowing where to be when turning left? Also, overall on Keith Street signs need to be placed reminding folks who has right of way when turning left. Many believe this is supposed to be who arrives first when according to state law right and straight have the right of way.
