The Industrial Development Board meets the 3rd Tuesday of every other month beginning in February at 8:15 a.m. in the Chamber of Commerce.
The Industrial Development Board has seven voting members, serving six-year staggered terms.
This board was created by Cleveland / Bradley County in January, 2004 as a non-profit corporation for the purpose of promoting job creation and economic development. This board issues bonds for industry expansion or relocation. The bond board actually becomes the owner of the property and leases it back to the industry.
